They were thorough in making sure I knew what to expect when submitting my order, and everything looked perfect and my QR code stickers scanned beautifully as well. So grateful 🙏

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Michael provided excellent service throughout the entire process and was extremely responsive, patient and helpful, including assisting promptly when there was an issue with the shipment. The labels were produced to a high standard, and I would be very happy to work with Nova Custom Label Printing again.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We absolutely loved working with Nova. The whole process was streamlined, easy, and incredibly quick, especially considering how last-minute our request was. Everything was handled so seamlessly, and the final result was perfect.
I almost don’t want to say how great they are because I’d rather gatekeep them for ourselves, but they truly deserve the praise. We’ll absolutely be using Nova again.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Literal lifesaver and absolutely top of the class in customer service and communication.
We had a rush order because, somehow, even the backup we had planned didn't arrive in time. At 4 pm on Friday, I was frantically calling local printing stores, and I was getting not only "No," but even scoffs. Nova picked up my call, and then we were done with all the way to proofing by 5:30 pm. The next morning, the order was delivered. Nothing short of amazing!
