When we talk about attention to detail, that’s one of our pet peeves. Often, so many errors can be avoided by just double-checking that everything is perfect before going to print. That’s why we send free proofs to our clients by email, in order to double-check that everything looks perfect before proceeding. Creating a proof is the first step towards fulfilling a clear sticker printing order, or any order that is placed with us.
After the order is placed, the proof is generated and sent to the client by email, which the client then approves in writing. Only then do we begin the production of custom transparent stickers. Production times vary depending upon the size of the label, quantity, ink colors, and other specifications, but rush orders are possible, and in fact, we consider rush orders a specialty.
Rush Orders Available For Custom Clear Stickers And Labels – Call 800-495-1306
As stated above, we offer same day custom clear labels. This means we can literally print clear labels within an hour or two if necessary. Depending on workload, this is possible, however it would be best to place a rush order as early as possible in the day to ensure that we can complete the printing process during the same day.
The first step is to provide our client with an emailed proof to check the artwork before printing. On rush orders, we usually prepare a custom clear labels proof within hours, but if orders are not rushed, clients can expect an email to proof sent to them by the next workday. We ask clients to carefully inspect the proof so as not to miss small errors. There have been occasions where clients in a rush did not check carefully and missed small details that otherwise would have been caught had they paid closer attention. We always include a reminder to clients in writing to check all details carefully.
Once the proof has been approved, turnaround times vary from hours on the same day to perhaps weeks if a custom die for machine application is required to create, but generally, about a week should suffice for most orders that are not rushed. We ship from our facilities in New York, Florida, Minnesota, California, and Ohio.
On most days, clients call or email requesting same-day production, which is usually not a problem. Custom clear stickers can be manufactured within hours, but if special foils are used, it takes longer to manufacture.
Transparent Label Printing in Full Color, Standard Or Pantone Colors
We offer same day clear label printing in CMYK full-color or Pantone colors if you need a specific color match. We also offer one, two or three standard ink colors, when color matching is not required. This is a cost-effective option when using basic colors to achieve a certain effect.
Please note, same day custom clear labels are available only with digital printing and not with Pantone color matching, because color matching is not possible within hours due to the fact that flexographic plates need to be created.
We also print white ink and/or white foil on custom transparent stickers so you have the choice of opaque white or transparent white. With white foil, it’s possible to achieve an opaque white, so that it is not see-through, whereas with white ink, it’s difficult to achieve maximum opacity. This is something to carefully consider when designing the look of the product, and its overall packaging. When requesting a quote, please make sure to mention the exact height and width of each label, the exact quantity, the number of designs to be printed, the ink colors to be used on each design, rounded corners or square corners, and whether labels will be applied by hand or by machine. If labels are applied by the machine, we would need to know the specifications of the machine. Otherwise, hand application is standard.
